Intense purple color with aromas of plum, bitter almond, chocolate, cocoa, blueberry and pink pepper. A natural wine without oenological additives. Fermentation with native yeasts in barrels, aging with lees for 45 days and aging for 12 months in old barrels. It is bottled unfiltered with minimal sulphite.
