Solo Fouriaris (the word in Crete refers to the last, dayless uncontrollable wild animal) a beer "big" in all its forms.
Strong in alcohol, intensely aromatic, compact in body, strong in bitterness with stuck hops.
It has a dull orange color. On the nose spicy aromas as well as citrus and tropical fruits.
The taste balances between the sweetness of the malts and the bitterness of the rich hops.
