It is made from Cuban sugar cane, and rum is naturally aged for at least 3 years in white oak barrels.
Its light yellow color betrays that it is not a simple rum. Its 3-year aging is responsible for this color
as it helps the distillate to absorb all the elements of the environment in which it "rests" and in this way its unique taste is created.
With the opening of the bottle, notes of vanilla, caramelized pear, banana and traces of smoked oak, molasses and sugar cane are released.
