Beneficial aging in Oloroso sherry and American white oak casks for at least 18 years. Single malt, first released in 2007.
Cool and floral, with tropical fruits and grains. The mouth is dominated by vanilla from the white oak, and flavors of jam and nuts, reminiscent of sherry.
